A small, hard-working legal and financial consulting firm based in Rio de Janeiro. Established in 2012, we hit the ground running with our direct approach to finding success. Guilherme once dreamed of running his own law firm and first began working for his uncle's law firm from a young age. He developed a passion for bringing foreign companies to Brazil, making them succeed there, and began taking on clients after 10 years of usual corporate law service.

Guilherme oversees the all activity at Fluctus Consulting as well as business development.

Julio went through engineering and administration undergraduate programs, but ended up falling in love with the stock market. He has vast experience on Brazilian economics, profitable business opportunities and the difficut local accounting system. He is a quick and savvy problem solver.

 

Julio coordinates all the financial and economic aspects of Fluctus and our clients' business.

Laura has travelled all over the world, studied and worked in the USA before settling down in Rio, her home town. Otherwise known in the office as the networker, Laura’s  has been operations manager of several multinational businesses in Rio as well as in the USA. She has been key to building our large local and international client base.

Laura manages all the different operations from Fluctus, from legal, to financial and she is an expert on dealing with business growth strategies .

Carol loves to organize things, from business cards to complicated contracts. She has a soft spot for logistics, and sweets. She makes sure all clients are replied promptly and receive a great service. She also can easily handle the burocracy of our Brazilian system.

 

Carol manages all the communication and suppliers issues.
